Registration and Account management

Registration is necessary for anyone who wants to use our online money transfer service.

Money transfer market is a controlled and regulated area. Control of operators is carried out by the state and the supervisory authorities that issue a financial license for transfers. These may include the FCA (UK Financial Regulatory Authority).

Account verification is necessary for the safety of your money, as well as to prevent the legitimization of illegal earnings. You need to verify your identity, address, selfie (photo ID), and/or provide additional documents.

Verification is fully online and only takes couple of minutes of your time. After the verification process is done you will be granted a full access to all functions of our service.

Yes, you can edit your personal data. Go to the “personal data” section and switch to edit mode.

Send Моney

After registration and ID-verification, you can proceed to make remittances in more than 150 countries.

  • Choose the recipient’s country; select the transfer method: cash pickup, card to card or bank account.
  • Enter the amount of money to be sent and select the preferable currency; our system will automatically calculate and convert currencies.
  • Enter the recipient’s information: first and last name in Latin letters (English) as it is in the ID-document of the recipient; Gender, date of birth, mobile phone number.
  • Click "Send".

On average, most transfers reach the recipient within minutes. Delivery speed depends on several factors:

  • Duration of transaction processing by the beneficiary's bank;
  • Payment on weekdays or weekends.
  • Transferring to some countries may take longer than usual due to currency conversion.

Our system allows you to send money to more than 150 countries. You can select a country in the drop-down list  in the "Make a Transfer" section.

We accept debit and credit cards in all countries where we make transfers. Make sure the cardholder’s name matches the name in your account.

Cash transfer allows you to receive and send money at one of 120,000 points in more than 150 countries.

Put "Cash pickup" as the receiving method, and select a payment partner.

When choosing a transfer to a card, funds are transferred directly to the recipient's card in local currency.

Simply specify "Card" as the delivery method and enter the card number of the recipient.

When choosing transfer to a bank account, funds are transferred directly to the beneficiary's bank account in local currency.

Simply enter "Bank account" as the delivery method and enter the details of the beneficiary's bank account.

As soon as your remittance has been done and withdrawn by the recipient, you will receive a notification about it. The transaction status in “History” will also be changed accordingly.

To track the money transfer, go to the "History" section. You will be able to see all of your transfer and their statuses. You are also granted the opportunity to save a transfer’s receipt, in order to send it to your recipient.

To cancel the transfer, it must have the following statuses: "payment has been created", "money in transit" or "processed". Refund is not possible if the status appears as "Paid".

Rates

Our advanced system receives data from a wide variety of sources and automatically corrects any errors. We have created a reliable data channel, which is more time-accurate than any other channels. We use live broadcasts from global markets in real time. Exchange rates can be updated even when countries’ markets are closed. If the selected currency is not regularly traded, we use the latest relevant available data about the selected currency.

Currency exchange rate in BPRemit service uses the average market rates, obtained from the “buy” & “sell” global currency markets. Our service always indicates the average relevant market rate.

"Buy" & "sell" rates also include overhead costs, which are independently set by the exchange providers; their rates can vary and will differ from the average market.

Our service offers pocket-friendly transfers with transparent commissions. And most importantly, a very cost-efficient exchange rate! Transparent fees and commissions are shown when you make a transfer, therefore you can immediately see the final amount of the commission. The same applies to the exchange rate. Neither the commission nor the exchange rate will change after making the payment.

Issues

If the payment from the card was not accepted, you can try to specify another card.

There are several reasons why your transfer might get rejected:

  • The payment for the transfer has not been received
  • Invalid recipient information
  • The recipient did not give his/her consent for the transfer

In this case, contact our customer service as soon as possible. Our experts will make the necessary corrections.

Safety

BPRemit is a reliable and safe money transfer service. Reasons being:

  • Customer support service that speaks in all major European languages;
  • It is possible to track the transfer;
  • Two-step authentication is connected to the account;
  • Account verification (ID) is a requirement.

According to the GDPR, all user data is encrypted using the HTTPS protocol. CVC and CVV card codes are not saved nor stored. It is required for these codes to be re-entered every time you make a transfer. BPRemit is Licensed and monitored by the UK Financial Conduct Authority "FCA".
